What Susbid is

Susbid is a free tool that reads captures of eBay pages you upload and reports which publicly visible bidding patterns are present. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay.

What a report is, and isn’t

These signs can have innocent explanations. Susbid shows patterns anyone can see on eBay; it does not determine whether shill bidding occurred.

A report is information, not an accusation and not advice. It reflects only the capture you uploaded, as you confirmed it, which may be incomplete or misread. Don’t rely on it as the sole basis for a decision, and don’t use it to accuse anyone. If you’re concerned about a listing, report it to eBay, which can see what Susbid can’t.

Using Susbid

  • Upload only captures of pages you were able to view yourself.
  • Don’t upload altered captures, or captures containing anyone’s private information.
  • Don’t use Susbid to harass, threaten or publicly accuse sellers or bidders.
  • Don’t try to get around rate limits, or use automated means to submit checks.

Susbid may limit or block uploads that break these terms.

Reviews and removal

Anyone, including sellers, can request a review of a result. Susbid may hide results for a listing or store and delete what it holds about it.

No warranty

Susbid is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Susbid is not liable for decisions made using it, including bids placed or not placed.

Changes

These terms may change. The date above shows when they last did.
