Step 1 of 2

Check a listing

Capture the auction’s bid history page, the one that opens when you tap the number of bids, and upload it. Susbid reads it, shows you what it read to confirm, then runs the report. Susbid never visits eBay itself; everything comes from your capture.

Scroll to the very bottom of the bid history before capturing, so retractions are included. Screenshots are deleted as soon as they’re read; see privacy.

How to capture the bid history

iPhone (Safari)
  1. Open the listing in Safari and tap the number of bids to open the bid history.
  2. Take a screenshot (side button + volume up), tap the preview, then choose Full Page at the top.
  3. Tap Done and save the PDF to Files. Upload that PDF here.
Android
  1. Open the listing in Chrome and tap the number of bids to open the bid history.
  2. Take a screenshot (power + volume down), then tap Capture more or the scroll arrow until the whole bid list is in.
  3. Upload the long screenshot here.
eBay app
  1. The app has no full-page screenshot. Open the bid history and take a screenshot.
  2. Scroll down so the next bids show, with a little overlap, and take another. Repeat to the end of the list.
  3. Upload all the screenshots together, top of the page first.
Desktop
  1. Open the bid history in your browser.
  2. Use your browser’s full-page screenshot (Firefox: right-click › Take Screenshot › Save full page) or Print › Save as PDF.
  3. Upload the image or PDF here.

Buy It Now listings have no bids, so bid-based signs don’t apply to them. Ended auctions keep their bid history on eBay for about 90 days.
